Reservations
A written
confirmation and a non-returnable deposit of £40.00 per person is
required to secure your reservation, click

Cancellations
Any reservation
cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date is liable to be charged for unless
the accommodation is re-let to another guest. Holiday Cancellation Insurance
is strongly recommended.
Children
Between 8 and 16, children
are charged at £30.00 per child, per night, B&B, when sharing
a room with parents. We do not accept children under 8 years. Extra meals
are charged as taken.
Dogs are allowed only at the discretion of the management. A daily charge of
£15.00 is made per dog (not including food). Dogs should not be
left unattended in your room during the day. Please keep them on a lead
when passing through the hotel. The guests accept full responsibility
for the cost of any damage caused by their dog.

Parking
A substantial and convinient
carpark is available for residents.
Arrival/Departure
Guests rooms are available
on day of arrival from 2.30pm. It is requested that guests vacate their
rooms by 11.30am on the day of departure. Late departures may be chargeable.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00pm.
