RESERVATIONS

A written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per person is required to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

Any reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date is liable to be charged for unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest. Holiday Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Guests rooms are available on day of arrival from 2.30pm. It is requested that guests vacate their rooms by 11.30am on the day of departure. Late departures may be chargeable. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00pm.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

We will gladly arrange champagne, chocolates or flowers in the room to await your arrival.

Gift vouchers are available.

CHILDREN over 8 years are welcome. A charge of £40.00 per child, per night B&B when sharing a room with parents. Extra meals are charged as taken.

DOGS are only allowed at the discretion of the Management. A daily charge of £15.00 is made per dog (not including food). Dogs are not allowed in the public rooms or hotel garden and should not be left unattended in your room during the day. Please keep them on a lead when passing through the hotel. The guests accept full responsibility for the cost of any damage caused by their dog.

CAR PARKING is available for residents.

TRAINS

London Waterloo to Brockenhurst, Intercity 1 hr 35 mins. The Hotel is 1 mile from Brockenhurst Station. Taxis are usually available.
